Ramen Redux

As someone who was born and raised in Japan, actress Eru Gibson knows better than most that Tokyo’s restaurant industry is extremely competitive. Having said that, she will be introducing us to a great cozy bar type restaurant in Japan.

The name of the restaurant is “BEEF KITCHEN STAND” (Yakko Dining) and it specializes in beef. The shop will offer many small portions and affordable dishes ranging from only $1 USD.

“The highlight for me is the Wagyu Sukiyaki Ramen. It’s a new recipe starting from September 2023,” Eru explained. “The ramen was very flavorful and the sukiyaki beef was unforgettable. I recommend coming here on your visit to Tokyo.”

Wagyu is a type of Japanese beef. Eru, who has been working as a science writer, explains the many benefits of Wagyu in her own words:

“Many people worry about fat when they eat beef. This is because dairy products and the majority of red meats contain saturated fats, which are just as harmful as trans fats. Because trans fats are known to elevate cholesterol, encourage inflammation, and increase one’s chances of developing diabetes, heart disease, or stroke, they should be avoided.
